Murals

This gallery provides information on dozens of murals in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago and many of the pages below link to original research conducted by the HUE Pilsen Project, including long-form interviews, archival images, research essays, and images that will take you inside artists’ studios. Within each mural’s page you will find a slide show with additional images.

This list is not meant to be comprehensive, as it would be nearly impossible to catalogue every artwork in a dynamic, ever-changing living canvas like Pilsen. You can explore countless other works of public art on foot, bike, car, or any other mode of getting around the neighborhood.
